点评：An absolute treasure and one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited. From endless stretches of ancient woodland and vibrant heathland to charming open villages, there is magic around every corner. Seeing the ponies, deer, and cattle wandering freely through the lanes and forests gives it such a special, timeless feel that you cannot find anywhere else.
The scenery is breathtaking at every turn—miles of majestic old trees, open heather-clad landscapes, quiet winding paths, and wide sweeping views that stretch for miles. There are no waterfalls or rushing streams here, but that is exactly part of its charm: gentle, wild, and utterly peaceful. There are countless wonderful walks and cycle routes suitable for all abilities, perfect for a gentle stroll or a longer adventure. The whole place feels calm, quiet, and wonderfully unspoilt.
Whether you are looking for a quiet escape, a family day out, or a chance to connect with nature, the New Forest delivers perfectly. It is incredibly well cared for, easy to explore, and leaves you feeling refreshed and restored. I cannot recommend it highly enough—truly a national park to be proud of, and somewhere I will return to time and time again.
