点评：It is ridiculous that people complain in reviews about the use of audio-guides at the Gruyeres cheese production house and Cailler chocolate factory. Visitors of many nationalities and languages visit these fascinating sites. This is a professionally-run, well-orchestrated tour that makes very good use of 8 hours, taking you to the aforementioned sites and allowing 2 hours free time in the charming village of Gruyeres, where you can lunch in one of the many Swiss restaurant-cafes or visit the Chateau de Gruyeres (we did both). Sample raclette or fondue while you're here; you are in Ground Zero for the best cheese in the world! The tour operates on a timetable that is published (and hangs on a lanyard around your neck), so be responsible with your own schedule. Leave time at each stop for souvenir shopping, too! We highly recommend the Swiss Chocolate Train.
