点评：Seeing Puffins up close and personal was one of my wife's bucket list items, so we booked a tour through Turus Mara to Lunga in June 2026. The island is incredible, packed with thousands of birds that essentially ignore the human observers! We counted over 24 species, with 5 of them new to my wife's life list (including the elusive Corn Crake). The trails are primitive, though, so be prepared with excellent hiking shoes and maybe even a walking stick. Note that most of the trails require climbing over rocks with frequent height changes, and the boat landing area is a very slippery rock beach. If you're a birding of any level, plan to spend as long as possible on the island. I think 4 hours is the maximum tour time allowed. We spent 4 hours and could have stayed another 2 or 3 hours if we'd had the luxury. Lunga should be on every birdwatcher's "must do" list.
