Not a 5 star hotel - disappointing

点评：We stayed here 28th Feb. Hotel itself is fab. We went to celebrate for our honeymoon, got an upgrade to our room which we were delighted with, staff themselves couldnt be any nicer and did everything to make the experience a good one but thats about it.
We wont be going back for numerous reasons & were disappointed with our stay. Rooms are smelly when you checkin, we had to open patio doors ro air it out - there is no ventilation in the hotel bedrooms. We got afternoon tea and it was extremely overpriced for what it is at €50 p/p. Bread on my sandwiches was hard so its easy to know there are made a lot earlier. Spa is only okay in that treatments are €140 each & there is no relaxation room to go after like the majority of spas where you can lie down & relax. The Towels they put on me were cold & the room itself is cold so when you are getting your treatment, the bit of your body out gets cold.
A LOT is to be desired in the spa and pool with rust on and around the sanitary wear in the spa shower & in the pool area around handrails going to jacuzzi for a 5 star hotel. Steps and handrails in pool and jacuzzi area are all loose & the steps out if the pool is incredibly loose and noisy - I was wondering would it even hold my weight getting out of it and im 55kgs.
Fire alarm was also not working properly in the hotel with faults on it - huge health and safety issues & fire panel all around the estate had the same fault on it.
For a 5 star hotel, it doesn't feel like it & we were very disappointed leaving. We have been to other 5 star hotels and would always say we would definitely go back but not this one...its a 4 star at absolutely best. Don't waste your money staying here & go for a day trip only!

酒店的火警系统也存在故障，存在严重的安全隐患。整个酒店的火警控制面板都存在同样的问题。
作为一家五星级酒店，这里的体验完全不像，我们离开时非常失望。我们去过其他五星级酒店，通常都会说还会再去，但这家绝对不行……充其量也就是四星级。千万别浪费钱住这里，来这里一日游就好！
