Lovely experience, room for improvement

点评：We had a lovely weekend at the campsite. There was plenty of space to set up our tent, and the toilet facilities were conveniently close by. We also went out on a rowing boat, which was a lovely experience and great fun.
However, I've given 4 stars because I think the reception process could be improved. Firstly, they had no record of our boat booking, although luckily we had our confirmation as proof.
Secondly, when we asked about a late check-out, we were told to come to reception. We asked again while our tent was being checked, and were once again told to come to reception because the computer system wasn't set up yet. The next morning, before we left, we went to reception as instructed, only to find the doors locked. The same member of staff opened the door, asked what we needed, and simply said, "Yes, that's fine." Nothing was checked or recorded, and the conversation could easily have been handled over the phone. It felt like an unnecessary trip that could have been avoided.
Overall, we had a great stay and would return, but I think the reception process could be made much more efficient.
