Dreadful service, waited so long we just left
Delaire Graff Estate的点评
点评：We took friends here telling them about our exquisite lunch and wine experience here.
Oh dear, things have taken a turn for the worst. We asked for a table outside and we're told we had to wait for 15 mins, despite there being around 10 empty tables.
We eventually asked again and were told by a surly woman to just sit anywhere. The patio was tatty with uncomfortable chairs and a general air of apathy. After ten minutes sitting around like lemons we knew we were wasting our time so we left. I'd like to say we made our excuses and left but there was nobody to hear our excuses!
A server in Stellenbosch at our evening meal said it wasn't the first time he'd heard such complaints. I mean we were there to spend money...if a business doesn't get that, then it has serious problems.
So many other lovely places to visit. We LOVED Jordan where we were treated so well by smiling welcoming staff. Don't bother with Delaire.
