点评：We had an unforgettable experience at Hugh Hamilton Wines, guided by Chrisna, the sweetest person alive.
We went without appointment (around the time they had open) , and luckily there was free spots, we did one Summer and one Premium experience as a couple. We got some welcome drinks with the tasting.
The cellar is absolutely stunning — the kind of place that feels straight out of a movie. Every detail, from the landscape to the cellar door, it was gorgeous.
Chrisna guided us through each pour with passion and clarity, explaining not only the flavour profiles but also the entire winemaking process. We learned about the history of the vineyard, the philosophy behind the labels, and the unique characteristics of the McLaren Vale region. My favorite was the Saperavi and the Saperavi with Shiraz.
The experience felt personal, educational, and genuinely enjoyable. It was the perfect balance of storytelling in a cute way, we had space to ask questions and also we had our time to talk to eachother.
It was an incredible visit — one that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a meaningful and memorable wine tasting experience in McLaren Vale.
