点评:I had wanted to visit this store for several months after finding out a bit more about the history of Kiehl's and felt excited to be visiting the store at last.
When I entered the store it took several minutes for a staff member to take the trouble to see if I wanted any help. I was met with an intimidating stare by one member of staff.
I asked for several products I wanted to buy and was told they were out of stock. There was no effort to find out if there was anything else I needed as I was prepared to spend a lot having made a special journey to the store.
I was left with the impression that I was imposing on their day. My companion came to the same conclusion. I don't know why I have given it one star when it deserves zero stars.
Come on Kiehl's you sell good products but indifferent, bored staff will lose you sales, as it did on this particular occasion. My previous experience at the Hudson Yards store was the exact opposite and I ended up buying many products.
