点评:Well where do I begin. Sold as luxurious, sadly this was not our experience. Staff were friendly but not proactive.
Room request was for a disabled person. Where did we end up second floor right at the end of the corridor up short flight of stairs.
Called down and we'll done receptionist sorted to ground floor.
Room tired formal eighties corporate room. Edge's of furniture scratched gouged. Carpet tired. BUT clean. No luxury touches.
Dinner that night ordered two meals. One was a starter and a main to come together. My friends came. Three other tables were served. Eventually caught staffs eye and then waited another 10 mins for my main. Which was lovely. Dessert lovely as well. Went to pay
Four staff behind bar chatting eventually one came and I paid. Come on service before social chit chat.
Saturday evening had to ring reception 5 times between 1 and 4 am. Banging , running, slamming doors. Next door shouting. Ridiculous. Did we want to move at 2 am. NO.
When we asked reception in morning had calls been logged. Told them why. Just a few worries. Like my grandchild when caught up to mischief. No sense of customer service
