Trolley tour is a rip off - you don't need to pay

点评：You do not need to book a $30 trolley tour with them - they offer free trolley tours averaging 1 hour in length every other weekend, but you can only find them on Eventbrite as the cemetery conveniently hides those from their site as they're greedy for $. Their $30 tours are non refundable - I've traveled the world and the U.S. and never had a case I was unable to cancel a tour if notification is given well in advance to the organizer. This is the only business I've encountered to do that - and yes, they're a business first and foremost no matter how they try to brand themselves as a bucolic resting place. So let's say your plans change or you find out you can take the same tour for free and you notify them and ask for your money back well in advance - tough luck, they won't refund you. This is predatory behavior and I'm unsure if it's even legal and I will report it to the BBB as extortion. As an aside, please read some Google reviews about how they treat customers and visitors.
