点评:I had a worst experience on the LV store. The customer service of this store was horrible. I went to accompany with my sister to get a new LV bag. While she was deciding on which purse she would purchased, one purse had caught my attention. I’ve asked a sales lady for the price because there was no price tag on the bag. It took her a while to look at me. When she finally did, she told me to step back. I’m a proud owner of a few LV bags, but the way this sales lady treated me, I really don’t want to be! She was very rude, and the way she told me to, “Step back,” motioned her hand as if she was shooing me away, then scan the bag or do whatever she had to do to check the price was very unprofessional! I wanted to get that bag, but I ended up going to Chanel to buy a bag there…I really wish I knew the name of that sales lady! She needs to take up a training on “Customer service,” so she can be better in this profession! I’m not saying customer is always right, but when a customer, (like me), ask for a price of a certain bag, don’t shoo them away…I think we were there at around 7PM, (on December 29, Monday), I don’t wish for this sales lady to lose her job or anything bad, but I do wish that she gets trained in “Customer service!” The reasons why I wish that she would go to these types of trainings are because she made me feel like I was going to steal the purse/bag, she made me feel like I can’t afford the purse/bag, she didn’t want me to purchase the purse/bag, and other reasons.
