Bad and awkward but we’re forgiving of situation

点评：We were just waiting at the ferry terminal in front of the ticket office waiting for it to open and at 5:31 (it’s supposed to be open at 5:30) from afar we see a lady hobbling over from the steps. My friend and I didn’t say anything and we’re still waiting by the office to get our tickets mind you we are underage so we had to wait and she yells at us while she is hobbling over to “stop gawking” which neither my friend and I were doing( she isn’t all that ). My friend responds with “ oh we aren’t we are just waiting for it to open” with a smile and the lady (the worker which we had no idea she worked there till she got into the office) said well we open at 5:30 and my friend said oh we know we are waiting and it’s past 5:30 now. The lady responded with well I’m not in there am I ?? We decided instead of having an unpleasant encounter again with her we would get tickets from the machine and buy them. Obviously she was late and embarrassed and the only way she could make herself feel better about her life decisions is take it out on kids. We hope that the lady makes better choices to be kinder to people and not be so rude. Very unprofessional…. Awkward 😬
翻译：我们当时正在渡轮码头售票处前等着开门，5点31分（应该是5点30分开门）的时候，远远地看到一个女人一瘸一拐地从台阶上走过来。我和朋友没说话，还在售票处旁边等着买票——要知道我们未成年，所以只能等——她一边走一边冲我们喊“别盯着看！”我和朋友当然没看（她也没那么夸张）。我朋友笑着回答说：“哦，我们没有，我们只是在等开门。”那个女人（我们之前根本不知道她是售票员，直到她进了售票处才知道）说：“我们5点30分开门。”我朋友说：“哦，我们知道，我们还在等呢，现在已经过了5点30分了。”那个女人回答说：“那我又不在里面，对吧？”我们决定与其再次与她不愉快地碰面，不如直接从售票机买票。显然她迟到了，而且很尴尬，她唯一能让自己感觉好一些的方式就是把气撒在孩子身上。我们希望这位女士以后能做出更好的选择，对人友善一些，不要这么粗鲁。非常不专业……真尴尬😬
