点评:4th visit with a friend and highly anticipated as always. Outdoor hot tubs (6) were all tepid at best. And one was completely out of use. I really hope this is not deliberate to cut energy costs. Indoor large hot tub - several jets broken. Large serenity pool - head pillows have been removed (no gazing up at the 'stars') Hot beds - not all heated enough. Toilets - blocked. Conditioner - cheap and awful. Customer service - pleasant enough although I tried to call as I was running late and couldn't get through. I was dropped at the usual entrance and marched unceremoniously to the 'day spa entrance' and separate changing rooms as the members apparently have requested day customers be segregated. I was still in my outdoor shoes walking through - no time to remove them and no covers offered. I also forgot to bring flip flops so had to wander around barefoot both inside and outside as they do not provide slippers. We did have a lovely time but the luxury standards are clearly slipping. I informed the staff upon checkout about the hot tubs who said they would report my concerns. I was not the only customer who noted this issue so it was odd they had no explanation or knowledge of the apparent technical faults. I feel they should be immediately aware if facilities are malfunctioning and check the temperatures when they check chlorine levels - it's February turn up the heat please!
