Nice but missing many luxury touches that would elevate it to match the price asked.

点评：The variety of pools on offer were great, I especially loved the deep salt pool which was a surprise extra due to me thinking it was the extra cost floatation pool but it wasn't but seemed to do the same thing. There were plenty of places to relax poolside.
However, the score is average as this does not feel like a 'luxury' spa at all. Many little touches are lost: you are not given slippers or flip flops, this is not mentioned anywhere on your booking, we felt very uncomfortable wandering around in bare feet. The robes are not fluffy big robes, they feel very basic, you are given one towel and whilst you are told that you can get fresh whenever you like, you have to trek all the way back (this place is huge) to reception and wait at the desk until someone is free to get one, there are no fresh ones by the pools, steam rooms etc. The staff throughout are dressed like security guards in black trousers, pale blue shirts and radios with the mic on their lapel and earpiece in, I genuinely thought a security guard had brought my husband his meal! The changing rooms are cramped and very confusing with exit points not clearly marked. I heard multiple people ask how they get out! The 2 course buffet meal includedin the cost was a weird combination of being given one plate and being told you could ask for your next plate after that . It was a delicious salad for your first course and then you were given your second plate and it was curry! It is served to you and only filled half the plate. Honestly very odd combo of foods, and would have been better to just be help yourself salad and desserts.
The showers in the changing rooms are very small and cramped.
All in all, a nice evening but overpriced and not a 'special' evening.

更衣室里的淋浴间很小很拥挤。
总而言之，虽然是个不错的夜晚，但价格过高，也算不上“特别”。
