A grand time with Anne Murray
Anne Murray Centre的点评
点评：We had an opportunity to attend the Anne Murray Centre recently and all we can say is, "WOW!"
We were greeted by a friendly staff member when we arrived and had the place to ourselves (attended shortly after opening) until the crowd started to arrive a little later in the morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxed tour of Anne's career and life; 2.5 hours just flew by.
Our visit rekindled something inside both of us, although we can't quite put our finger on it, it certainly had to do with Anne Murray's songs & achievements.
We subsequently downloaded her duet album; we bobbed and sang along as we travelled about the Atlantic Provinces.
Anne, through the Centre, continues to impact people. Thanks for everything you did and continue to do; for sharing your life and stories through song. And a BIG thank you for introducing us to Dawn Langstroth, your daughter, along the way. She has a gorgeous voice and we can't wait to hear more from her.
We also enjoyed the recording studio, off to the side, of the gift shop. Lots of fun.
The Centre has plenty of accessible parking and entry was a nominal fee.
