点评：I paid $57 in advance for Red Key premium parking for the Bommarito 500. I arrived before 6:00 p.m. for an event scheduled to begin around 8:00 p.m., only to be told the Red Key lot was already full. I was directed to general parking instead, despite having specifically paid for premium parking.
I repeatedly requested a refund for the parking service I did not receive. The Raceway refused, relying on a “no refunds” policy. They later offered parking for the following year, which does not change the fact that the service I paid for on the date of my purchase was unavailable.
This was not a situation where I changed my mind or failed to show up. I arrived more than two hours before the event and the parking I purchased was already unavailable.
What has been most disappointing is the refusal to meaningfully address that distinction. A customer should not have to fight this hard over a service that simply was not provided.
Based on my experience, I would not purchase prepaid premium parking here again.
