Prices are rising and quality is on the decline

点评：My husband and I once came here every 3 months for spa, full massage and full facial each. But no more. The prices go up and up, while the treatment times reduce and the food quality goes down and down.
Worst afternoon tea I have ever had. Sandwiches are 1 cm in width and no refills. I’m not a child and I need more then a slither of sandwich for lunch.
Salad is sooo salty. You used to be able to choose from a variety of nice salads with your lunch but now only get a mixed salad. I paid extra for a ceaser and just super salty with dry chicken. I also found this weird piece of plant in there which looks like it fell from the plants in the bar area.
Treatment times went down to 50 minutes from 55 but still includes blah blah time with the therapist trying to sell you products. We have stopped getting the treatments and the last 2 times instead stop as this amazing Thai massage place in Newmarket along the way; you can get an excellent one hour for £60. Then we come here for a couple of hours as, admittedly, it’s the best spa facility in the immediate area (speaking strictly of the experience rooms).
I saw today that they were selling an Elemis gift bag with a few items for £85 - this is a free gift bag you get when you buy products from Elemis directly. How cheeky - just go to Elemis directly to buy your product and you will get the free gifts that AS are trying to sell to you!
Bottom line. Pop in for a bit but eat somewhere else, save you treatments for better places. Have a cheeky steam/sauna only here.

我今天看到他们正在卖一个Elemis礼品袋，里面装着几样东西，售价85英镑——这可是直接从Elemis购买产品才能获得的免费礼品袋啊！真是厚颜无耻！直接去Elemis买产品就能拿到AS想卖给你的那些赠品！
总之，来这里待一会儿就好，吃饭的话最好去别的地方，把水疗护理留到更好的地方。蒸汽浴/桑拿就当是随便体验一下吧。
