Leaves Before Departure Time and No Refunds

点评：I purchased 4 tickets, and the departure time listed on the tickets was 11:15am. No where on the tickets was a boarding time. I left my Airbnb an hour earlier than I needed to because I expected some delays due to traffic and trying to find parking. Parking was a nightmare and that extra hour I had given myself quickly dwindled. I called the cruise line at 11:13am (I have the call log in my phone to prove it) to ask if there was any way they would wait a minute because I was parking and would be at the boat in a few minutes. The gentleman on the phone told me they had boarded the boat ten minutes prior, and the boat had already left BEFORE the ticket's stated departure time. He then proceeded to tell me the company doesn't give out refunds but would be happy to reschedule. Unfortunately, I was leaving the next day so that didn't work for me and the company scammed $104 out of me. So, to review, the company doesn't give out refunds but leaves their passengers before the departure time. Please pick another cruise line! The other cruise lines in Chicago give refunds and are far more trustworthy!
