Decent views but loads of gates

点评：Visited to do paradise trail. Has a few nice flowy single track sections and lovely views. Few gripes, road sections are dangerous the roads aren't as quiet as they used to be. Far too many gates, and farm fields. One up section is an unrideable steep muddy hill needs switch backs which will be lower impact if done well. Basically it's 90% stuff you could ride before with an os map very little purpose built trail has been created. On the plus side you could get round now with very little map reading as it's decently signed. Cafe did nice coffee and was friendly. Looks like a well stocked bike shop and could see staff were engaged with people renting bikes all looked in good condition. Car park price is steep £6 for 2+ hours, 2hrs for the red route would be pushing it, as an average fit rider did it in 2.30hrs but could see with a light xc bike and no snack stops it being feasible sub 2hrs.
