点评:This was our second time here in two years
PLUS: Lifeguards are very kind and nice. The kids enjoy the lifeguards being so kind and interacting with them! So respectful and they really do their jobs! Kudos!!! (They earn five stars themselves!)
Service is always slow/horrible to get the wristbands. Want to rent a cabana for the day? You have to go to another counter and do it…& good luck! They opened at 11 am. The individual who “knew what to do” was “on her way,” and this was at 11:35 am. About five employees were sitting around behind the counter, and not a single one knew what to do. Apple Pay wasn’t working. Ran back out to get my credit card (didn’t want to have to bring a wallet) , came back, and no one was at the counter for at least five mins. So, we scrapped the cabana plan and sat at chairs. Not a bad idea. They just need to make sure animal poop is cleaned up between the chairs (must have been geese in there).
Food…EXTREMEEELLY overpriced and crappy. $34 for my two kids to eat - entree, fries, and a drink for each. (Save your money, pack a cooler, & eat under the pavilion!) If my kids would have told me sooner that their chicken tenders were cold/barely cooked & they couldn’t eat them (they threw them away), I would have asked for a refund for the meals. They didn’t tell me until dinner that night, or I would have handled the situation.
Went to get drinks, and the girl checking people out was standing talking to her friend/fellow employee - just chatting away about whatever (not work!), when my drinks were sitting there. She looked at me a few times as I stood there for over a minute, showing her my card to pay, and I finally had to interrupt her and ask if I could pay for my drinks and go! “Oh, okay!” Unreal.
Lifeguards (or someone) needs to be standing by the tubes…adults (grown men!) were walking up to kids and taking their tubes as they were getting on the slides, after my 13 year old daughter waited a half hour for one to ride a slide. (They were crowded with a bunch of groups that day.) Shameful.
I was disappointed this place was going to close, but not after this experience.
