点评:Experience 1/5. We are a semi-retired couple on a holiday in Shanghai having a terrific time. Customer service at hotels, shops and restaurants are exemplary. People are welcoming - offering assistance when we were obviously lost; walking more than 20,000 steps a day. Shanghai is cutting edge in everything and puts the world to shame in treating other foreigners wherever they come from. Our only disappointment was with this massage service when we rang up at around 2pm to book a massage. The man answering the phone stated they could fit us in at 5pm that same day. We met this front desk person who appeared in charge at 4:55pm - he was an unshaven 40yo man who wore an open neck shirt - surrounded by around 15 people in a small waiting room. The place was dark and sleazy. The man told us he already had customers waiting for a long time and couldn’t fit us in - I insisted I had made a booking at 5pm for my wife and myself - he told us he might fit us in at 6pm if we waited for an hour. Is a surprise we didn’t stay? If you want appalling customer service and a cheap massage then Secret Garden is the place to go - the only disappointment in an otherwise extraordinary time in Shanghai.
