点评：No announcement before dinner that they were out of oysters or Boulibase. It interrupted the order phase. Then the martini with a twist of lemon.came with olives. The explanation was that the bar had no way to cut a twist of lemon. At this point it would have been appropriate for a manager to come over and apologize. There seemed to be no adult leadership or supervision. The service was fair, but the waiter did not acknowledge the problems or apologize. The dinner was served without any follow-up to make sure we were satisfied. Then the check arrived with no announcement that the tip was included. If was not, I would have been inclined to leave 5% or less. The food was excellent, but I ordered red wine to go with tomato sauce, but wound up with a chicken sandwich which goes with white wine. When I mentioned this to the waiter there was no offer to adjust the wine charge. It is a beautiful venue and the food seemed to be very innovative, but the service management needs to train the staff and oversight is recommended.
