Kersey Mill Santa's Workshop的点评
点评：Took 3 children to Kersey Mill experience paid £120 ages 9 & 7 & 5.
Experience was an hour long.
The present from santa was a rattle and a book - not age appropriate at all. The santa himself was fine and polite.
The train was broken so no ride.
They received an apron and a broken braclet upon arrival - i had assumed the apron would be for a cooking craft but the craft was a flower pot basic reindeer and we was greeted by a rude Mrs Santa Claus who didn't seem happy to be there.
The young people as in Elves were more enthusiastic then the adults and can see they was trying to do their best. After speaking to some of them turns out they aren't even paying them minimal wage and only £30 a day.
I spoke to a Lady called Alison who I politely asked if they got an actual present from Santa as there was a sign for Santa's workshop and ive been to many other santa experiences paid less and the children have recieved a toy age appropriate.
She was aggressive and rude and her manor was disgusting.
She then became confrontation for absolutely no reason. We even said the children had enjoyed it but was expecting more than a rattle picture included to this.
She then went into a rage and made everyone around us feel uncomfortable and them stormed off.
Completely ruined the experience for me.
I would only recommend this experience to ages 1-4 as anything older it is just not worth the money the present was just shocking.

她态度恶劣，举止粗鲁，令人作呕。
之后，她毫无理由地开始挑衅。我们甚至告诉她孩子们玩得很开心，但期待的不仅仅是一个摇铃和一张照片。
她随即勃然大怒，让周围的人都感到很不自在，然后气冲冲地离开了。
这完全毁了我的体验。
我只推荐1-4岁的孩子体验这个活动，因为年龄更大的孩子根本不值这个价钱，礼物也令人失望。
