点评：Exploring De Biesbosch National Park by rented sloop is one of the best ways to experience this unique Dutch wetland. We spent a wonderful day on the water (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM), surrounded by beautiful scenery, peaceful waterways and abundant wildlife.
Keep in mind that motorboats are not allowed into many of the narrow creeks, so if you’re hoping to explore the smallest waterways you’ll need to do that by canoe or kayak instead. The larger channels are still stunning and offer plenty to see. (Nationaal Park De Biesbosch)
During our trip we spotted countless birds, including great crested grebes, ducks, moorhens, a kingfisher and even a majestic white-tailed eagle—an unforgettable sight. We didn’t manage to see any beavers, but we came across plenty of impressive beaver lodges, reminding us that they’re definitely around.
If you enjoy nature, birdwatching and a relaxing day on the water, De Biesbosch is absolutely worth visiting. Just bring binoculars, a picnic and take your time—it’s a place to slow down and enjoy.
