点评：We were told to arrive 20 minutes early, but the staff didn't turn up on time, leaving us waiting. The boat was extremely old and poorly maintained, with mouldy seats and no equipment to check water depth or help with safe navigation. We were given ZERO instructions about where to go or which areas to avoid. While driving, the boat constantly tipped to one side even with everyone sitting on the opposite side, which felt extremely unsafe. The motors repeatedly cut out, leaving us stranded and eventually requiring a tow all the way back to the port. When we returned, the owner appeared to be high on drugs and laughed at the situation. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
Overall, a very disappointing and stressful experience. The only positive was the young guy who towed us back — he was helpful and deserves credit.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.
