Cramped, too hot, too expensive.

点评：Visited for the first time in a couple of years and it was awful. We were at the EIHL playoff weekend. Inside was far too hot despite the ice rink! I actually got a nose bleed and we were sweating. The prices are way too expensive for food and drink - that’s why there are no queues. The sound inside the arena is awful, we couldn’t hear a thing so we had to check social media to see who scored and assisted goals for other teams. We couldn’t even tell what songs were being played until we heard people at the side of the rink singing. The toilets kept breaking (which can happen anywhere) but we were directed to a handful upstairs - we did eventually find more by ourselves. The catering staff and stewards were friendly enough though, it’s just the arena itself self and the organisation. The apparel drops were a joke, one guy caught 2 because they were right above him… with an arena full of thousands of people… No idea why EIHL picked it, there are so many other better arenas in the UK and we’d all travel for it. One with a car park would be helpful..
