Old poor facility with a very bad manager
Playa Palancar Cozumel Beach Club的点评
点评：I have visited Cozumel more than a dozen times but never been to Playa Planacar beach club. I was intimidated by the pictures and decided to go there and I regretted that I went to that club.
The beach is nice and beautiful but the facility is very old and need renovations, only one shower was working in the whole club and looked like a shower in a Boy Scout camp and the worst part is the impolite manager who needs to go study hospitality. He needs to learn how to talk to the guests and explain things politely. Unfortunately the manger Rodriguez portia was very rude with the guests and threatening them to bring the police and fine the guests $100. The threat started at the entrance and continued even at the beach.
We shouldn’t have entered but it was too late after paying the taxi and the entrance fee for 2 big families.
Not to mention the food there is horrible you can get sick even by the look at the food.
The waiters are demanding.
This place is like an ATM machine they will continue to rip you off every few minutes.
I recommend going to other nicer clean beach clubs like Paradise beach or Kuza.
Even for VIP all inclusive pass this place doesn’t worth it at all it is a rip off.
