点评：My wife and I spent 7 days touring with Paul in September 2026. As a tour guide myself in Washington DC, I have to say that Paul is a truly remarkable guide - and proud of his country. His knowledge of Scottish history and of the sites we visited bordered on profound. No matter which direction we headed, Paul knew the route and had the stories. If rain impacted a site visit, we'd focus elsewhere until the rain let up - and he never missed a beat. We enjoyed our tour so much that we are currently planning another 7–10-day tour with him in 2 years. It seemed that no matter where we went in the country, Paul knew someone - a cousin, a friend, a fellow tour guide. His local knowledge - where to eat, where to stay - was something no tour book could match. Bottom line - if you are going to spend the money and the time going to Scotland you may as well do it right. You just can't find all the hidden gems and know all the stories behind the stops without an excellent tour guide. Paul is that excellent tour guide.
