“The Mac” is an absolute disgrace

点评：My family and I used to love going to see the pantomime at “The Mac” but this has not been possible for two years now. Some of my family and I were in Belfast town last year, spending a day in Belfast, hoping to see the pantomime near the end of the day. This did not happen as the entire cast of the Pantomime were ill and it had to be cancelled. This was very disappointing but understandable under the circumstances. The Pantomime, this year, was due to take place today 26/11/2025 and when my family and I were spending the day in Belfast, waiting in anticipation for the pantomime, we got a message saying that the pantomime had, once again, been cancelled and rearranged for 10/12/2025. This time there was no reason given for the cancellation. I find this entire debacle completely disgraceful. “The Mac,” in my opinion, run a completely broken operation. I would call it amateurish but that would be insulting to amateur operators. I will never set foot in “The Mac” again and advise people not to waste their money booking shows, especially pantomimes, at “The Mac” as they will probably end up disappointed. Cancelling the pantomime once is a let-down but cancelling two years in a row is insulting and farcical. I will never book anything at the “Mac” theatre ever again.
