点评:I hate doing this, in leaving a bad review, but come on Mizzens, the Easter opening was a poorly run joke, We queued for over an hour for 1 train ride.
We’ve been before at Easter, and it was not like this time.
Many families walked out, or joined the extremely slow queue, and then gave up, and left.
Not sure what was going on, but several staff gave different stories. Using the tannoy would have helped.
A lot of the trouble is the chaotic arrangements for checking tickets, and getting on the trains. It might be better if there were two queues - one for each circuit. It might also be better if tickets were checked say near Toad, so it was quick and easy to get people straight on a train.
Standing watching the performance of a train arriving, then the ticket person belatedly realising a train had arrived, then checking tickets, then opening the gate, letting somebody on, then closing the gate in the next persons face. Then repeat…… absolutely painful. It did speed up at one point, when a young, quick member of staff took over.
