点评：I recently had the pleasure of visiting Scarborough Wine Co. for a wine tasting, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.
The setting is beautiful, with stunning vineyard views that create a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Amanda was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain each wine in detail, which made the tasting both enjoyable and educational.
The wines themselves were excellent, especially their signature Hunter Valley Semillon and Chardonnay. Each tasting was well-paced, allowing enough time to appreciate the flavors and ask questions without feeling rushed.
What stood out most was the personalized approach — the team made us feel comfortable regardless of our level of wine knowledge, which is perfect for both beginners and wine enthusiasts.
Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I would highly recommend Scarborough Winery to anyone visiting the Hunter Valley. I’ll definitely be coming back!
