点评:The whole aspect of this museum is that it's designed in the way that the Fukagawa Sagacho neighbourhood in Edo (Old Tokyo) would be like. It's very immersive. It features a lot of the key points, fishing docks, and a lookout tower to see fires. You can go inside some buildings, and each building has a different purpose. You must take off your shoes, though,h while going into these buildings. There is a whole sign with rules at the entrance. When you're in the museum, there will also be workers there, and they can help you and provide information about life back in Edo. Adult tickets are 400 yen, and child tickets (6-18 years of age) are 50 yen. But, if you could prove that you went to Kiyosumi Gardens on the same day, adult tickets drop by 100 yen, and child tickets drop by 10. Crowd sizes are usually very small. Not many people visit. At the entrance, there are also things available for purchase. I bought a handkerchief of decent size that had a map of Edo imprinted on it. It's best for people who want to experience how people would live back in Edo, see their living conditions and feel their daily life. Staying for less than an hour should be good enough. For me, it was. Overall, it was very good. It's a very unique museum that I highly doubt can be recreated elsewhere, so I do recommend it if you're in the area and have time.
