点评：After visiting China several times and genuinely loving the country, as well as having travelled extensively around the world, I can honestly say that this was one of the worst airport experiences I have ever had.
My experience at Shanghai Pudong Airport on Monday, 5 October, was extremely disappointing. The staff, particularly the security personnel, were incredibly rude, unhelpful, and, at times, very misleading. Even when some staff members spoke English, they were unwilling to provide clear or useful assistance, which made an already stressful airport experience even more frustrating.
I have always had very positive experiences in China, which is why this was particularly surprising and disappointing. Unfortunately, the way we were treated at the airport was unacceptable and left a very negative impression.
