点评：Went for our second uncorked and unplugged; first time about five years ago it was a magically intimate and amazing experience! This time it was a train wreck from the moment you parked. Generally staff was sparse, unhelpful and untrained. The vip section is a rip off and anyone can access it … there was a single security guard who spent most of his time not around the stage. The rest of the staff was equally unhelpful from the stage staff who stood in front of you videoing the show and blocking the stage or the food services who neither kept cold food cold or hot food hot, to the bar tenders who did not cut people off when they were obviously intoxicated! The facilities are falling apart properly wide witnessed an umbrella blow out of its stand half a dozen times and hit the people at surrounding tables also witnessed the headliner disgruntled about having to share two bathrooms with VIP section which seated 100 people….in specific the management of the winery did a crap job setting up the stage area and ensuring they were properly staffed. Which translated into a horrible time. Oh and the wine was completely average and way over priced.
翻译：我们参加了第二次“Uncorked and Unplugged”活动；第一次是在大约五年前，那次体验真是温馨又美妙到不可思议！而这次，从停车那一刻起就状况百出。整体上，工作人员数量极少，既不帮忙也不专业。所谓的VIP区纯粹是坑钱套路，谁都能进去……现场只有一名保安，但他大部分时间都不在舞台附近。其他工作人员也同样帮不上忙：站在观众面前录像并挡住舞台视线的舞台工作人员；没能把冷食保持低温、热食保持高温的餐饮服务人员；还有在顾客明显喝醉了的情况下也不加以劝阻的酒吧调酒师！场地设施破败不堪：我亲眼看到好几把雨伞从支架上被风吹落，砸到了周围桌子的客人。我还看到主演出因为必须与可容纳100人的贵宾区共用两间洗手间而满腹怨言……具体来讲，酒庄的管理层在舞台区域的布置以及人员配置方面做得极其糟糕。结果就是整个活动体验糟糕透顶。哦，顺便说一句，那里的葡萄酒品质平平，但价格却贵得离谱。
