What a gem of a find.
Strumpshaw Steam Museum的点评
点评：What a beautiful lovely little Museum on a stunning estate. My son loves trains especially steam engines. So decided to visit this place. Its in the middle of rural Norfolk.
When we arrived we were greeted by some friendly staff who were setting up and starting up the engines. We had some hot drinks and browsed the gift shop.
The organ music gives it a great atmosphere. There's lots to look at and things to read, lots of old steam engines working, and lots of tractors. There's also some original carousels. Lots of thought and effort has gone into this place.
The staff there are very helpful and friendly. We got a ride on the train around the estate, and chatted to the lovely guy who drove it.
We were the only people there, so I hope it gets busier, they deserve to be. But we were early.
We will return with my partner who'd like it here also.
