Fake Keith Haring Art sold as authentic by Antique and Modern auction house

点评：The 3 FAKE art items purchased from Mr Scott Cieckiewicz of Antiques and Modern auction house were described as authentic Keith Haring artworks (see images).
Upon final receipt of these 3 items it was established that the 3 items are fake Keith Harings, fake signatures supposedly by Keith Haring and in a nutshell are forgeries that were purposefully marketed and sold as authentic artworks (see images).
I have tried to get the seller to refund my purchase upon return to them of the 3 fake artworks, which has been declined as an option by the seller of these fake Keith Harings.
There is NO DOUBT that they were sold to scam the buyer as they were listed as authentic.
This is from my understanding a CRIMINAL OFFENCE and prosecutable under in federal court under 18 U.S.C. § 1343 as well as Federal Art Fraud (18
U.S.C. § 2314).
Refuse to give ANY REFUND !
Proof of our payment in images.
Criminal and Civil litigation will now be persued as no resolution offered.
