One Hour Soon Became Three - A Must-See Attraction in Munich!
慕尼黑皇宫的点评
点评：I decided to visit the Munich Residence whilst solo travelling in Munich.
Due to the sheer size of this place, the hour that I had planned to stay here quickly turned into three hours! The residence itself is massive, meaning there are plenty of rooms to explore. The historic building is beautifully preserved and well-worth visiting.
I particularly enjoyed visiting the theatre, which was absolutely breathtaking to look at in awe.
For 20€, I thought the ticket price was very good value for money, especially when compared to similar attractions. You can purchase cheaper tickets, e.g. tickets that just let you visit the theatre, however I feel the 20€ ticket that lets you see everything is the best value.
Finally, the location of this place is very convenient, as it is right by the entrance to Odeonsplatz U-Bahn Station. The minute you exit the station (provided it's the correct entrance!), you will see the residence.
Overall, this is a must-see attraction in Munich for any traveller, whether you are a solo traveller like me or a family. I would definitely recommend setting aside a couple of hours here if you are visiting the city!
