点评：Terrible experience. Do not use this provider. They are scam artists.
Me and my friends were meant to go on an unskippered boat trip together but unfortunately we had to cancel our booking the day before we went on the trip because our friend was sick and bedridden. As a result we were unable to make the trip. They took the deposit payment - which is understandable as we cancelled it. However, they then called us on the day of the boat trip to ask where we were. It appears the woman that we called to cancel the day before did not pass on the message. On top of the deposit, they then charged us the remaining amount using our friend’s bank details and made a bank transfer to themselves which is completely illegal. This is theft. When we called, the man on the phone was being extremely rude to my wife.
Absolutely poor customer service and very little empathy. Maybe they can use the money they stole to buy some manners.
