点评：2026 Aug visit review:
4.0 Overall. Three of us stopped for a wine tasting at Hedges during a drive from the Seattle area to Walla Walla, on a hot August day.
AMBIANCE: 4.5 Unlike last year, we sat inside this time. Handsome darkish wood decor. Very pleasant.
WINE: 4.0. One of us had the mostly red wine "Mix & Sip Flight" and two had the "Pink & White Flight". I especially appreciated the red flight.
SERVICE: 4.0. The young man and the young woman who served our drinks were polite and attentive.

4.5 Overall. We will visit Hedges again. The three of us stopped for a wine tasting at Hedges during a drive from Seattle area to Walla Walla, on a warm and sunny July day.
AMBIANCE: 4.5 We chose to sit outside under the umbrella trees next to the fountain. The view was lovely, the trees provided cool shade, and the sound of the fountain was pleasing -- though the low hum of the fountain's pump was at first a slight distraction it quickly faded from our consciousness.
WINE: 4.5. We chose and enjoyed the Estate White Wine Flight and bought one bottle; for our next stop I am looking forward to having the Red Flight.
SERVICE: 4.0. Many wineries employ college students for summer wine tastings, and the gentleman who served us was no exception. However, he was better than most as he had just graduated with a degree in viticulture and thus was knowledgeable about the wines and able to answer our questions.

服务：4.0分。许多酒庄都会在夏季聘请大学生来负责品酒活动，为我们服务的那位男士也不例外。不过他比大多数人表现得更好——他刚获得葡萄栽培专业的学位，因此对各类葡萄酒了如指掌，也能很好地回答我们的问题。
