点评：A disappointing experience in honesty, we had centred our North Wales golf trip around this big name course - being the most expensive and one of our favourites that we have played in years gone by. I Understand the cost of everything has increased but to ask for £90 each for a fourball with a 2pm tee time (Sunset 630) with major irrigation works is just unbelievable. The irrigation works were mentioned in the pro-shop and to kindly wave ahead and warn the groundworkers you were teeing off, but the pro-shop most definitely downplayed the disruption to both course and fluidity of round. The groundworks significantly impacted teeshots and approach shots on generally the first 9 holes. Waving ahead before tee shot and X amount of approach shots for a fourball is just madness, it slowed the round and quite often we would have to wait 30 seconds / 1 minute for groundworkers to finish what they were doing before they waved back. The Groundworkers are of course just doing their job and are not at fault for this. Money wise I think a £20 discount per person would have been fair. Several times our group had hit tee shots / approach shots into the open ground work holes having to move the balls out and place elsewhere. A very disappointing experience and we had a much better time at both North Wales GC and Prestatyn. Will not be coming back next time.
