点评：Our recent safari with Shaun as our guide was nothing short of amazing. Shaun really can 'talk to the animals' and they listen! He has a wonderful way with humans too.
His expert driving always ensured our safety and his amazing tracking skills found us many animals and birds time and time again. Lions, leopards, a cheetah, zebras, elephants, hyenas, rhinos, hippos, an Aardvark (a very rare sighting) and more. He was always thinking ahead to 'find' us something else to see. He was never in a rush either - stopping and taking as much time as his guests needed to take photos.
Shaun has a wealth of knowledge on many things. His love for the African bush and the animals is obvious - we learned a lot from him regarding each animals preferred environment, eating habits, behaviours, mating rituals etc. He also seems to know the names of all the different birds flying above us at a great height or sitting in a tree many metres away.
He is so interesting to talk to, has many fascinating stories, a great sense of humour and a gentle, caring nature. His assistance was much appreciated in helping me (with arthritic knees) climb onto the jeep on a few occasions!
If you're planning a safari, go with Shaun. His guiding definitely adds to the whole African experience and will keep you smiling along the way.
