点评:We stayed at Ramada by Wyndham Tekirdağ expecting a true 5-star experience, and unfortunately the reality was nowhere close.
There was no internet in the rooms, and the Wi-Fi in the lobby was practically unusable — a speed test showed 0.37 Mbps download and 3.53 Mbps upload. I reported the problem several times, yet nothing improved during our 3-day stay.
There were no robes in the rooms, and the spa did not provide any either. At one point, the spa even ran out of towels because they were still being washed. The spa itself is very limited — a pool, sauna, a cool jacuzzi, a hammam room and a gym — with most of the space dedicated only to massage rooms.
When we returned from the spa, the bathroom smelled strongly of cigarette smoke coming through the ventilation. On December 31st we had to keep the balcony open and freeze the room just to ventilate it. There was also no drying rack for wet swimwear in the room, and one was not provided even when requested.
Food was consistently below expectations for a hotel claiming five stars. Breakfast and dinner buffets were repetitive and lacked variety. Desserts were especially disappointing — during three days there was not even one proper traditional Turkish dessert such as baklava.
The New Year’s Eve dinner was particularly poor: no fresh salads, just a few spreads, a pastry with low-quality sausage served from shared trays, chicken with mashed potatoes as the main dish, and a dry red-colored cake for dessert. Nothing about it felt festive or premium.
Another serious problem was communication. Most of the staff did not speak English — maybe 1 in 5 people had only beginner-level English — which made resolving issues even harder.
Based on this experience, I would not consider returning, and I could only recommend this hotel to someone whose expectations and price point are closer to a 3-star property, not a 5-star one.

新年夜晚餐尤其糟糕:没有新鲜沙拉,只有几种简单的蘸酱,一份用公用托盘盛放的低品质香肠馅饼,主菜是鸡肉配土豆泥,甜点是一块干巴巴的红色蛋糕。整个晚餐毫无节日气氛,也谈不上高档。
另一个严重的问题是沟通。大多数员工不会说英语——大约五分之一的人英语水平只有初级水平——这使得解决问题更加困难。
基于这次体验,我不会考虑再次入住这家酒店,我只会向那些期望值和预算更接近三星级酒店而非五星级酒店的人推荐这家酒店。
