点评：Hi. I can’t seem to respond to your reply from yesterday. You know I was at your guest relation team lots. To be honest you didn’t really care we all got sick. All 5 of us. As soon as my review was posted. That’s when you tried to get me to take it down.
So here is my reply.
Many beyond many are sick at your hotel. The other morning I witnessed a young girl bring up a lot of sick by the pool side. I’ll post the video if I can.
Also I will say. When my review was posted it was like you upped your game!
Chicken a lot more cooked! Splash park for the kids was finally opened.
But still other areas need improving. Get your theatre opened as you can’t see any of the night shows!
Also sort what is making many sick.
Also if you’re queuing for a drink at the bar. Please can you only serve the que and not everyone who just walks up because it’s not fair. I witnessed a guy getting pretty mad. And no wonder.
It’s such a shame because this hotel could be really good!
Entertainment team are awesome.
I spoke to some workers who know that many are sick so stop trying to hide it.
The other night my drink had sand at the bottom. Do the cups not get washed?
I woke up with a cold sore last week. Haven’t had one of them in years!
I wouldn’t have done this if you could have gave me back the 4days of the holiday we were all sick. Not to mention you ruined my boys 16th. But you really don’t care.
My advice. Book elsewhere where.

前几天晚上我的饮料底部有沙子。杯子都不洗吗？
上周我早上醒来发现长了唇疱疹。我已经好几年没长过了！
如果你们能把我们全家都生病的那四天假期还给我，我就不会来这里了。更别提你们毁了我儿子的16岁生日了。但你们根本不在乎。
我的建议是：订别的酒店吧。
