点评：My daughter, Myself a friend and her daughter booked for the May bank holiday fun day £77 mother & child, unfortunately my daughter come out in chickenpox’s the Friday before the event and couldn’t attend, my friend still went with her daughter and was advised as a good will gesture I would receive web credit for my half of the booking so we could book another event in the future but upon checking a credit of only £42.50 has been put through as they would only credit the child not the parent as I didn’t have chickenpox but who was supposed to look after my daughter apparently it’s a refund policy but surely if someone is sick with a contagious virus there has to be some sort of logic. Unfortunately this was my first and last booking if they are that hard up they can keep the £42.50 credit they did send as I want be coming to your establishment.
