点评:My husband is first-generation Ukrainian-American and since we were in the area we decided to stop in. Don’t waste your time here. Sadly this is both a disappointment and a missed opportunity to educate the public in NYC on all things Ukraine. This is nothing but a gallery, not a museum. Spent $30 to see some paintings, all by the same artist. Both the website and the museum say they have 3 floors of exhibits, but they don’t. Main floor has the paintings, a few plates and a dress/apron. The pysanky exhibit on the 2nd floor was closed under renovation and the lower level exhibit was nothing but some modern day books behind a case. No history, no embroidery, no photos. Staff at the entry was pleasant but other staff were quite rude to a “fellow Ukrainian”. We will not be back and definitely not bringing my mother in law who is from Ukraine here.
