点评：I feel it’s important to share my disappointing experience at Omegn & Venner located Torvehallerne in During our meal, our belongings were stolen, which severely affected our overall experience. Alarmingly, the staff seemed familiar with the theft and thief, even conversing with him in Roma, and appeared more upset with us for expressing our distress than with the situation itself.
To make matters worse, the chef was confrontational and lacked empathy. If my customers were robbed in my establishment, I would be deeply embarrassed and would prioritize assisting them instead of responding aggressively.
I was unable to pay for our meal because my device was taken, yet the restaurant insisted on charging us the full price, which another patron paid. They did not contact the police or report the theft although they said they would Instead of providing assistance, we were asked to leave while the thief was allowed to walk away, despite three witnesses confirming he was the one responsible. This is not a safe place. Your belongings aren’t safe and the staff will put their hands on you for speaking up.
Afterward, we approached the police, who informed us that such treatment of customers is unacceptable and raises serious safety concerns. I strongly advise potential diners to reconsider their choice of restaurant and location. While the food may be enjoyable, the treatment of customers left much to be desired.
