点评:We went last Sunday 11 October. After spending 1.5 hours lining up to get in, and another 1.5 hours lining up at the cafe, we only had limited time to actually appreciate the gardens. The place is woefully disorganised. Pre bookings should be available on busy days so you can scan your ticket and go straight in. Instead, it's a massive line with maybe two windows serving. The only cafe on the premises is understaffed and under supplied. One person making coffees one person prepping orders one person taking orders. No clear menu, food running out. By the time we got served, all the things we wanted (and it's not much of a selection) were sold out. QR code orders at the tables would be a good solution to this issue. The venue could also easily have food trucks on busy days; there is lots of room. Overall, yes, the gardens are STUNNING, but the entry and food experience was terrible for us, especially as we had very hungry kids with us. Next time, if there is to be a next time, we are going to bring food with us or eat beforehand.
