点评:Partner used the bridge for work journey. I used their website to pay but it failed to make the payment. Spoke to someone on live chat that the payment on the web had stalled and asked to pay over the phone. Gave me the number, called it, 45 minutes on the phone because their automated phone payment didn’t work. 6 times I put my card details in and it failed. Customer service agent couldn’t help other than I had to find a local pay point and go and pay that way which I refused, why should I have to go out of my way to pay when two of your on line facilities were not working. Then she said if I didn’t pay I’d receive a PCN and I could appeal it explaining the issues I had and hope they allowed the appeal!!! Absolute joke. Spoke to a woman in “Accounts” who regurgitated the same unhelpful script and in the end I was made to download their payment app on my phone, which I did not want to do nor should I have to and paid that way. Had the cheek to say that “other people are paying using the web and telephone service”!! Even though the first assistant could see that my payment wasn’t working through no fault of my own both on the web and the telephone service . Absolute joke of a service.
