Port Lympne Reserve的点评
点评：This is an incredible place to go, with the most incredible and caring people.
I took my partner here for his 30th birthday and it didn’t disappoint. We started our trip with the Red Panda feeding who was guided by the lovely Matt. Who was so knowledgeable, and truly had a sense of care and understanding of the animals. This was a 10/10 experience and I would absolutely recommend it.
We booked Giraffe Lodge for the evening, this started with a Safari to giraffe lodge, run by the Brilliant Andy. Again, Andy was so very knowledgeable and you got the impression these were his pets. That’s how much care he had for all of them. It was just sensational.
We arrived at the lodge (which included your evening meal and breakfast) and I had advised on my booking I had some allergies which unfortunately meant I was unable to have the evening meal prepared but the Chef (I think his name was Andrew) did everything he could to ensure by dietary requirements were met and even had another restaurant in the park prepare a meal and has someone go and collect it. It was like my very own Safari Deliveroo. Not once did he make me feel like a pain or a nuisance and was incredibly reassuring. Plus the food was 10/10!
Our view from our accommodation (which I must say was lovely) was fantastic! We were in Cheetah accommodation and I must say I think that was one of the better views as we had the watering hole right in front of us. It was very surreal to watch rhinos, deer and antelope just free roam around whilst you’re sat on your balcony with a glass on wine. Sounds bliss right?
The only slight disappointment was the fact that unfortunately the giraffes weren’t wandering out. This was due to little baby Jude being born. Which I completely understand but a heads up may have been preferable.
This being said on the safari back on Friday, we stopped at the giraffes and were able to feed them as a bit of an apology. Which is something I will remember for the rest of my life.
So in quick summary, Port Lympne is amazing, the staff are amazing, the animals are very well looked after and it was my absolute pleasure to be there. Yes it’s not the cheapest thing to do in the world, but oh is it worth it! Also the money spent on excursions helps to go towards the animals and rehabilitation so that’s a massive plus.

我们从住处看到的景色简直棒极了！我们住的是“猎豹营地”，不得不说这里的景致堪称一流——水潭就在我们眼前。当你坐在阳台上，手捧一杯葡萄酒时，看着犀牛、鹿和羚羊自由自在地在周围活动，那种感觉真是超现实又美妙。听起来很美好，对吧？
唯一有点小遗憾的就是，很可惜长颈鹿们并没有出来漫步。这是因为小宝宝裘德刚刚出生。我完全理解这种情况，但如果能提前告知就更好了。
话虽如此，周五进行游猎时，我们在长颈鹿区停了下来，作为一点补偿，我们还能喂它们吃东西。这一幕我会终生铭记。
简而言之，林普恩港棒极了，工作人员也超棒。这些动物得到了悉心照料，能身处其中对我来说真是莫大的荣幸。没错，这可能不是世界上最便宜的体验项目，但绝对物有所值！此外，用于游览的费用也会用于动物的照顾与康复工作，这一点真是太棒了。
