We attempted to book a karting session on 7th June for an afternoon slot. Unfortunately, the website was extremely slow and difficult to use. After spending a long time trying to complete the booking, we accidentally booked for 8th June instead of 7th June.
As soon as we realised the mistake, we immediately tried to contact the company. Since 7th June, I have called the number quoted on their website and sent several emails requesting assistance and a refund, and also attempted to use the online contact form. However, I have never managed to get through by phone, none of my emails have received a response, and the contact form repeatedly displays an error message stating that an error has occurred and to try again later.
My boyfriend has also emailed several times and has received no reply either.
I cannot comment on the actual karting experience as we were unable to attend due to the booking issue. However, I am extremely disappointed by the lack of customer support. It would be different if we had simply failed to show up, but we have been actively trying to contact the company from the moment we realised the booking was for the wrong date.
As of 13th June, we still have not received any response whatsoever. Looking through other reviews, it appears we are not the only customers experiencing these problems. The complete lack of communication is frustrating and unacceptable.
